In an age where product-based value is insufficient to satisfy stakeholders, service design is a powerful discipline.

Service design applies human-centred design principles to make services that are sustainable and desirable for changing consumer needs across all sectors. It delivers better customer and client experiences, successful innovation and business value.

This introductory online masterclass will teach you the theory of service design and how to apply practical tools to your own working life. Over four half-day sessions led by Dr Nicolás Rebolledo, you will gain new techniques and strategies to put into practice immediately.

This course is ideal for anyone interested in transforming their organisation through the application of service design, including executives wanting to deliver opportunities, senior managers looking to reframe and solve their issues, designers looking to learn new tools and strategies and entrepreneurs who want to deliver their ideas more effectively.

The Royal College of Art is the number one ranked university for art and design in the world. A global pioneer in the teaching of MA-level service design, the college has successfully trained a new generation of practitioners who are delivering transformational ideas across business and government.
